1. ELIGIBILITY

Contest open to legal U.S. residents (except Puerto Rico), 18 years of age and older at the time of entry, except employees (and their immediate family members) of Merial Limited, its affiliates and its marketing agencies.

2. ENTRY

Log on to www.ULCERGARD.com and complete the online entry form. Upon completion hit the “Enter to Win” button and you will be entered into the sweepstakes. Limit one entry per person per household. Entries that are mechanically reproduced, contain inaccurate information, do not fully comply with these rules or are lost, late, incomplete, illegible, unintelligible, damaged or otherwise not received by the Sponsors, in whole or in part, due to computer, human or technical error of any kind are not eligible.

3. DRAWING

One (1) winner per month will be selected by random drawing from all eligible entries received and notified by email, telephone, U.S. Mail or package delivery service. No assignment, transfer or substitution of prize is permitted and prize cannot be redeemed for cash. Prize will only be awarded to the individual who completed the application. Acceptance of prize constitutes permission to use the winner’s and finalist’s names, addresses and/or likenesses, and the submitted entries in any form for advertising purposes without further compensation. Winner should allow 6-8 weeks for prize delivery.

4. PRIZE/ODDS

Monthly Prize: One (1) Prize Winner will receive an Event Travel Kit (ARV $415).  The Event Travel Kit consists of the following: 7 tubes of ULCERGARD, Folding Wheel Barrow, Hay Feeder, Grooming Tote, Organizer, 6-Piece Grooming Kit, Polo Bandages, and Leg Wraps.  The odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received.

5. GENERAL CONDITIONS

Sponsor reserves the right, at their sole discretion, to disqualify any individual found tampering with the entry process or the operation of the Sweepstakes to be acting in violation of the Official rules.

Where permitted by law, the winner hereby authorizes Merial to use their name in marketing materials and/or announcements relating to the contest (e.g., press releases, brochures, Web sites, television and radio advertisements, etc.). Participants hereby acknowledge and agree that the materials may be used in various media including, but not limited to, press, radio, television, and Internet, and once they are submitted, such materials become the property of Merial.

However, their usage will be restricted to internal and external Merial marketing communications only. Merial will not sell, rent, or share entrants’ personal information with any other entity.

By submitting their information via contest entry, participants agree to receipt of future communications from Merial.

By accepting a prize, winner releases and agrees to hold harmless the Sweepstakes Entities, their parents, affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotion agencies and their respective directors, officers, employees, representatives, and agents from any and all liability for any injuries, loss or damage of any kind to person, including death, and property, arising in whole or in part, directly or indirectly, from acceptance, possession, use or misuse of a prize, participation in any Sweepstakes related activity, or participation in this Sweepstakes. This Sweepstakes is void where prohibited or restricted by law.
